Sponsor one of the baseball players in our academy! Help us provide our players with their baseball gear needs, food, transportation costs, and expenses for school. The cost of fully sponsoring a baseball player is $128 per month, however we have broken this down into four levels:

Estarlin Luis Vardez

Estarlin has been playing with the I Love Baseball team for 18 months as a pitcher. When not pitching, he prefers to be playing outfield. He is in first grade. Estarlin comes from a family of seven and is the child of Andres Luis Michel and Celia Valdez Feliz. He has aspirations of working hard in school so that he can be-come a doctor and has real aspirations of becoming a major league baseball player. Estarlin attends a protestant church on Sundays.

Jose Perez Vasquez

Jose has been playing with the I Love Baseball team for 11 months as a short stop. When not playing short stop, he prefers to be playing outfield. He is in seventh grade. Jose comes from a family of seven and is the child of Mario Perez and Esmiralda Vasquez. Jose was born and currently lives in batay Los Robles.

He has aspirations of working hard in school so that he can become a doctor and has live aspirations of being able to help his community. Jose attends a protestant church on Sundays.

Filleral has been playing with the I Love Baseball team for seven months as a outfielder. When not playing outfield, he prefers to be playing short stop. He in in seventh grade. Filleral Comes from a family of 10 and is the child of Santiago Chertes and Martha Encarnacion.

Filleral has aspirations of working hard in school so that he can become a civil engineer and has aspirations of being a great athlete. Filleral attends The Church of Moses every day.

Naldo Novas Pena

Naldo has been playing with the I Love Baseball team for 16 months as a third baseman. When not playing third base, he prefers to be playing short stop. He is in seventh grade. Naldo comes from a family of eight and is the child of Leonardo Novas Joseis and Rafeala Novas Pena. He has aspirations of working hard in school so that he can become a pilot and has aspirations of being a great athlete. Naldo attends a protestant church on Sundays.

Salomon Trinidad

Salomon Trinidad

Salomon was born in Barahona in Batey #8. He lives in Barahona in the Blanquizale neighborhood with his parents. He plays baseball because he loves it and needs it. He started playing baseball seven years ago.

Salomon is in the 12th grade and goes to school because "he needs to learn." If he doesn't become a baseball player he wants to go to college to study civil engineering and become a civil engineer or medicine and become a doctor. His favorite baseball player is Miguel Tejada, and aside from baseball he likes to go to the beach.

Rafael Antonio Matos

Rafael has been playing with the I Love Baseball team for one year as a Pitcher. When not pitching, he prefers to be playing catcher. Locally Rafael is known as "Colon" because of his similarities to MLB pitcher "Bartolo Colon" in both looks and hard fastball (Rafael has the ability to break 90 mph).

Rafael comes from a family of six. He has aspirations of working hard in school so that he can become a medic and has aspirations of serving Christ by being a quality individual. Rafael attends a The Assembly of God church on Sundays.

Ruperto Abdiel Lopez

Ruperto Abdiel Lopez

Ruperto has been playing with the I Love Baseball team for one year as a third baseman. When not playing third base, he prefers to be plaing first base. Ruperto comes from a family of five and is the son of Ruperto Medina Beltre and Germania Lopez.

Ruperto has aspirations of working hard in school to study data integration in college. If Ruperto becomes a professional baseball player, he hopes to be able to build a church and then a house for his parents. Ruperto attends a Christian Baptist church four days a week.

Raniel Cornielle Cuevas

Raniel has been playing with the I Love Baseball team for 11 months as a pitcher. Affectionately called "Flaco" (Skinny), Raniel stands above most of his teammates at 6'3" tall. Raniel comes from a family of nine.
